Integrity: We are an integral team. We are consistent, cohesive, unified, and whole. We speak the truth even when it is hard. We make the integral (ethical) decision even when it is hard. We do not gossip, and we are radically candid with our clients, our team, and ourselves.
Service: We are a team of servers. We do not help. We do not fix. We serve. When you help, you see life as weak. When you fix, you see life as broken. When you serve, you see life as whole. Service is a relationship between equals — our service strengthens us as well as others.

Choice: There is no right and wrong, only choice. When you choose, you harness the power of creation. All things ever made come from choice. You are where you are, and choice is how you get to where you want to go.
Gratitude: Expressing gratitude is imperative to growth. When we are angry, resentful, regretful, or dismissive, we cannot learn, we cannot choose, and we cannot see a different path. Training ourselves to be grateful for the good and the bad opens us to limitless possibilities. We learn when we are grateful.

Vision: There is no space for small ideas. We think big. We support wild rides, crazy ideas, and “pipe dreams.” We see the potential and hold the vision of what can be — even when our clients don’t see it yet. We work with our clients to reveal their prosperity potential. We build plans, set goals, and create accountability to achieve that potential.
